My sincere thanks to Franci, Barbara, Janet & Sheri for an absolutely wonderful weekend! You ladies know how to please a crowd and everything was to perfection. It was great to see so many high school friends and I don't think I've laughed as much in 28 years. I had such a good time I forgot Don turned 70 today---ooops---let me
see what I can comeup with to get
myself out of this one!!!!! Cheers
to the classes of '63 through '66.

Well, back to the old grind. After over 12 hours getting home safely we
are both back to work. We had such a good time. Want to thank everyone that was responsible. We enjoyed the younger ones that we have never had a reunion with. Old friends are so special, wish the guys that never come would realize what fun we have. Eddie wants to come back down there in Sept for '62s. My daughter in law doesn't understand
going to so many. I was thinking how much fun we have had together with people that we didn't really know that well in school.
We have got to get to work on our 40th for
next years. God Bless & come see us
anytime. Fay & Eddie Nestor '63
Jannett and I have had a great time at both reunions. Maybe we could crash the 1962 class reunion. It was great to see our life long friends. What a great job everyone has done getting these 'get togethers', 'put together'.
A very difficult job and a lot
of hard work. Thank you
ladies and gentlemen!!!
Hope to see you all again
really soon. Hughie and Jannett
Just can't wait to go again!! Franci, Sherry, Janet, Barbara words just cannot express how much I appreciate the effort ya'll put in this reunion!! It was tops & more! What made it even better (if possible) was getting together with our "old" teachers/principal, seeing "old" friends and making new ones. My daughter Rachel went with me and had a blast (along with the rest of us Rams) and just couldn't get over meeting my second grade teacher (Mrs. Close), Our Principal, Mr. Morris, and other teachers (Mr. Thornton, Mr. Fortenberry, Mrs. LaFlam, to name a few). Wayne Woods, the slide presentation was great. The music was too much..we sure didn't have live bands at teen town!! Even though I can't remember the last dance I went to (teen town probably), I did not miss a beat(ha). Everything was the making of precious memories to be stored along with all the other
wonderful memories from Belle Glade and
BGHS....Sherry, baby can we do this
again???!!!, Love ya! Diane DAVIS Blanton '65
To everyone that had a part in making the week-end 'Fantastic' - Thank you so much. To stop the every day world for a week-end is what my soul needed. We run, run, and never stop in the busy today world; how refreshing to smell the roses! I do hope it will not be eight years to have another get-together. Macon, Ga was the cake, Orlando, FL was the icing... I could write more - but, I will close with -
Sorry, I ran out of product!
Count me in for Next time!!!!!!

Thanks for the invitation to a former
faculty member. Dona and I had a
great time. I appreciate the nice
gift that you gave me.
I hope we have many
more reunions,
Blessings,

This reunion was a treasure. It was a reminder of how much we truly belong to each other. Our accomplishments and failures, our struggles and success after high school were put aside and, just for a weekend, we were eighteen again. The "girls" were called by their maiden names.
Since so many spouses were left at home, the "boys" came to the rescue and got the gals out on the dance floor...many in bare feet, just like the old days. Coach Thornton was rocking to the rhythem too. How many ladies can say they danced with the high school coach
thirth-eight years after graduation? The teachers and Mr. Morris genuinely enjoyed the weekend and added such a special touch. We were reminded how fortunate we were to have been with such a caring and generous
group of educators. Truly, it was a weekend
of laughter and fun and memories.
Let's never stop doing this.

The sweet innocence of our youth was so fondly
remembered during this reunion. We will forever
love and cherish all those times we spent
exploring the splendor of our youth. The friends
I have from Belle Glade will stay at the top of my
list. Whenever I have needed a word of
encouragement, or a boost to get off my butt
and do something, I have always found the love
coming from Sherry, Tanya,
Red, and all the other "bad
girls" from the Glades. The
spirit of the "Gold in the
Glades" will live on in
all of us!

Thanks to everyone who had anything to do with the reunion. You all did a
wonderful job. And thanks to
everyone who attended.
It was great!

Thanks for the Memories! Go Rams Go! Rams Forever! This was the best reunion I've been to so far. I think it was because more classes were invited together. Didn't get to the Macon reunion heard it was great too. This one had some great women (Ramettes) putting everything together. Franci, Sherry, Barbara, and Janet showed that Ramettes can get the job done anytime anywhere and anyplace. I thought the facilities, food, entertainment and everything was superb. The Rambler revisited was no small task. I loved the T-shirts too. Hats off to you ladies! We have some remarkable talent coming from such a small town. Wayne, honey you always do such a wonderful program brought tears to my eyes. You always were multitalented.
It was great seeing everyone. There is such a love bond. I just didn't want the time to end. Can't wait until the next one. Such great wonderful people and all together again. You know we had it all. The best of everything. A great community pulling together, great parents,
great teachers, a great principle, a great
school, and great friends. Such a marvelous
time and space to grow up in. I Love You All!
Avagail Poole Flowers (Class of "63")
To all who came to the Reunion in Orlando:
New friends (ones I've only had for 20 years or so), ask me often why I would waste so much time trying to organize a high school reunion, but they don't know what we know, and they don't have what we have. It's magical, hilarious, emotional, and so heartfelt. I really feel sorry for people who went to big high schools, or even those who grew up in towns with lots of high schools. We had one kindergartgen, one elementary, one high school, and to grow up that closely with folks like all of you was the biggest blessing!
Thanks for your kind comments, cards and letters. That's the payoff: to know so many had such a great time! The old favorites who didn't get to come this time were sorely missed, but we so enjoyed seeing faces that had never been to a reunion at all. It was worth every minute, every dime, every phone call, every frustrating moment to get you all together in one room again.
The exhaustion is gone, replaced by sweet memories and
smiling faces! Thank you all for coming and for validating
our idea that coming together with those who have known
us the longest is so worthwhile! Ram Love,
Sherry Knight Hodge, Class of '66
This was my first BGHS Reunion . . . I'll never miss another one! What a wonderful weekend it was re-connecting with old friends and discovering some new ones. When I went back to work, my boss actually said he was going to sign me up anytime there was another one. I was rejuvenated and re-energized and can't wait for the next one. It was truly amazing to me how the years since school just melted away. Sherry, Janet, Barbara and Franci deserve a standing ovation for all the time and energy they gave up to give us such a marvelous reunion.
